Second, the example
1. Network production of product geometry. Pro/E software is used to realize the 3D geometric shape of the milling products, embedded in the VRML browser form, and browse the WRL graphic files exported by Pro/E. In order to successfully implement web browsing of WRL files, the VRML browser VRM LZC or Cosmo Player must be installed. The product graphic web browsing page realized by the VRML2C browsing tool, which can perform the operations of panning, rotating, simulating the camera zooming and the like in the webpage by using the buttons of the surrounding.
2. Network production of the path of the knife. Use Pro/E Zhuang software to realize the tool path of product processing, then convert it into bitmap format, and use the image insertion method in webpage to realize web publishing and browsing of the tool path.
3. Network processing of NC processing. Use Pro/E software to implement 3D geometric simulation graphics for products and convert them into bitmap animations supported by the Web. Using the screen capture technology of the media, the product processing process in the CAM system under the Pro/E environment is captured, and the avi video file is formed, embedded in the set webpage, and the network browsing of the NC processing simulation is completed, which can be used for the online verification of the processing track. .
4. Online communication. Use the upload and download technology to complete online communication. When the user who is the client accesses the above-mentioned Web page, there will be a place that does not conform to his own design scheme, and communication is required in time. Users can instantly capture the CAD/CAM graphic web page, complete their own annotations or suggestions on the above, save the identified files according to their needs, and then transfer them online to complete the fast communication.
