It can be seen from the above experiments that the high-speed steel taper and Zhuzhou diamond hard alloy tap designed by Dongfeng Company's measuring instrument factory are relatively successful. The carbide tool is 20 times the unit price of ordinary high-speed steel tool, but the cemented carbide The service life is dozens of times that of high-speed steel, which greatly reduces the cost and improves the economic efficiency.
